Svayp — Frontend Web Developer
March 2023 – April 2025 · Singapore, Remote · svayp.com
On this real-time polling platform I streamed live results over WebSocket, which cut user drop-off from 87% to 23%. I designed and shipped 15 new dashboard screens with full backend integration, and used AI to generate cards and summarise statistics.
İmza Group — Frontend Developer
December 2023 – November 2024 · Istanbul, Remote · eimzagroup.com
I designed Muhasebia in Figma and built its frontend in React, cutting page load from 4.2s to 1.1s (−74%). I built the Faturabia mobile app with Expo and reduced the app size from 89MB to 34MB (−62%).
Ulak CX — Computer Engineer

I built a system that automates call-centre quality evaluation with AI, replacing manual review, plus an AI assistant that gives agents feedback on their calls and an in-house stock and reporting system for the canteen and market.

I build the app side of the frontend, work on AI-assisted CV analysis, parsing and document processing, and integrate LLM tooling into the product workflow.
WesterOps — Frontend Developer

On the EGN admin dashboard I built data visualisation, user and content management in Next.js, TypeScript and TailwindCSS with a 7-person product team, cut load times by 20% through refactoring, and led the GraphQL API integration.

September 2025 – Present. Deep learning, AI architectures, and image and audio processing models, with comparative analysis of CNN, ResNet50V2 and EfficientNetB0.

June 2021 – June 2025. Collaborated on a TÜBİTAK research project, building a mobile app to collect audio data for training AI models. Mentored two intern students each term and organised a university-wide conference on artificial intelligence.

Ben Azat ESER, Türkiye merkezli bir yazılım mühendisi ve frontend geliştiricisiyim. Beş yılı aşkın süredir Birleşik Krallık, Singapur, Almanya ve Türkiye'deki ekiplerle web ve mobil ürünler geliştiriyorum. React, Next.js, TypeScript ve React Native kullanıyor, geliştirdiğim ürünlere yapay zekâ ve LLM araçlarını entegre ediyorum. Bilgisayar mühendisliği mezunuyum ve Siirt Üniversitesi'nde yapay zekâ alanında yüksek lisans yapıyorum. Şu anda Ulak CX'te çalışıyorum ve yeni iş fırsatlarına açığım.
Öne çıkan sonuçlar
- Svayp'ta gerçek zamanlı anket sonuçlarını WebSocket ile aktararak kullanıcı çıkış oranını %87'den %23'e düşürdüm ve 15 yeni panel ekranı geliştirdim.
- İmza Group'ta Muhasebia'nın sayfa yüklenme süresini 4,2 saniyeden 1,1 saniyeye (%74 azalma), Faturabia mobil uygulamasının boyutunu 89 MB'tan 34 MB'a (%62 azalma) indirdim.
- WesterOps'ta EGN yönetim panelinde yükleme sürelerini %20 azalttım ve GraphQL API entegrasyonunda başrol oynadım.
- Ulak CX'te çağrı kalite değerlendirme sürecini yapay zekâ ile otomatikleştiren bir sistem geliştirdim.
